Reviews and Ratings
My stay was luxurious and very enjoyable with beautifully decorated rooms that offered both comfort and relaxation. The staff was attentive and gracious, making my experience all the more pleasant. However, the breakfast was underwhelming and the mosquito situation was bothersome at times. Overall, it was a great value for a five-star hotel, and I'd still recommend it.
My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the rooms were absolutely stunning, and the service was attentive most of the time. However, my experience was marred by an incredibly rude security guard, which really overshadowed the enjoyment of my stay.
I had a nice overnight stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location and a clean room that offered a lovely view from a small balcony. The shower was amazing, and amenities were top-notch. However, I was disappointed that the 'included breakfast' was quite minimal, only offering juice or coffee with plain toast and a runny fruit spread.
My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. The clean and well-appointed rooms made for a pleasant stay, and the location was truly excellent, right in the heart of the city. The rudeness of certain staff members overshadowed the positives, particularly the security guard who made us feel unwelcome. While I enjoyed the amenities and the brunch event was fantastic, the dining options during our stay fell a bit short, especially for breakfast.
I recently stayed at the Dona Urraca for two nights with a group, and I was quite impressed by the large comfortable room and the friendly staff. Breakfast was decent; however, I had a few safety concerns with the slippery shower floor. Overall, the place has a lovely courtyard and a nice pool, and it’s centrally located near parks and restaurants, making it a pleasant experience despite the minor issues.
